Ein internationales Erasmus+ Seminar.

Mit Kindern und Jugendlichen die Welt entdecken und auf Forschungsreise gehen. Die Mittel und Möglichkeiten der Kunst nutzen, um tiefer in die Materie des Interesses einzudringen – oder einfach nur, um mit Lust und Spaß sich mit verschiedenen Gegenständen des Interesses zu beschäftigen. Darstellendes Spiel, Photographie und Video, kreatives Schreiben und Poetry-Slam, Installationen, land-art und Performances sind die Methoden, mit denen wir uns beschäftigen werden.
Beispielhaft werden wir diese Methoden in Feldern der politischen Bildung ausprobieren, Demokratie erkunden und den Frieden erforschen.
Dazu gibt es die Möglichkeit, Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer aus Österreich, Portugal, Griechenland, den Niederlanden, Italien, Rumänien, Litauen und Kroatien kennen zu lernen, Netzwerke zu bilden und in einen fruchtbringenden Austausch zu treten.

Sommertheater für Kinder und Jugendliche in Ottensheim
Das Theater asozial in Ottensheim öffnet während der Sommerferien seine Pforten für alle zwischen 8 und 18 Jahren (wenn Du ein wenig jünger oder ein wenig älter bist, ist es auch in Ordnung).
Zwei Wochen lang haben junge interessierte Menschen die Möglichkeit, die Welt des Theaters kennenzulernen. Unter der Leitung des international erfahrenen Theaterpädagogen Wolfgang Rohm und den SpielerInnen Eva Lackner und Valentin Lengauer wird gespielt und dabei der Spaß groß geschrieben.
Es wird eine Kindergruppe und eine Jugendgruppe geben.
Termine: 17. – 21. Juli und 24. – 28. Juli 2018, jeweils von 11:00 – 13:00 Uhr.
Jede Woche kann auf Wunsch der Spielerinnen und Spieler mit einer Aufführung abgeschlossen werden.
Kosten: 70.– €/Woche. Für Mitglieder des Theater asozial 50.– €)
Anmeldungen können ab sofort abgegeben werden. Es sind allerdings nur beschränkt Plätze vorhanden.
Stop it! – a violence prevention program

All costs (board and residence, seminar-fees), except of travelling costs are covered by the European Commission.
Kinderfreunde Mühlviertel (Austria) and Joetz (Belgium) are both involved in the work on prevention. So a joint project was just a logic outcome of the meetings and discussions in between representatives of both organizations. The main goal is to offer a prevention-program for to combat violence by means of informal and non-formal learning. Using arts in its different occurrences is the main-part of this seminar. By means of arts it is easily able to work with children and adolescents on the topic of the different forms of violence for to prevent its outbreak. Performative arts, visual arts and sculptural arts will be used as well as methods of the experiential- and outdoor-education will be used. These methods are highly efficient for to be used in the prevention-work.
The participants learn about the usage of the different means of arts as well as for to use it within the prevention program. As soon as they will be back in their home-organizations, they will be able to implement and execute this prevention program by themselves. , they will be able to pass their newly acquired knowledge to other people within their organizations and within their working-field. So the expected long-term outcome will be a reduction of violence within children and adolescents within the coverage of their working field and the working field of their organizations.
The work on the program by means of arts will strengthen and empower the participants themselves too. They will gain a higher self-esteem and a higher self-consciousness because of the received higher level of self-awarness. This will empower them not only in their work with the young target-groups, but will help themselves to get along too – for example in their working-aspirations.
The work by means of arts will level up the awareness of the differences and similarities of different cultures. Within this project people from different European regions are coming together for to work on the topic of violence-prevention by means of arts. So, of course, they will learn about the different cultural backgrounds too.
And last but not least we expect the participants and the sending organizations building up relationships and networks for further cooperation asides of Erasmus+. We expect a cross-cultural and cross-regional exchange of knowledge, experiences and of art-works in the future.
